This epsode tackles one of the biggest barriers to performance. Honesty I feel it is the one that the folks I partner with struggle the most. Making comparisons is almost always a faulty practice. Unfortunately here is another area however where the culture has done a great job of making us believe that comparisons are a healthy thing and beneficial for us to perform at our best.
