when you go to your community and see what there pain points, lifestyle is and desires you should start making content around that. simple and easy. If you want to find out what that might be. Try looking up hashtags or a leading industry influencer to find out more about the content that is being published around that topic. 

I really believe that you have to be constant with each platform. This makes sure that fans can easily find you and tag you across every platform. IF not add an easy adjective in front or something very similar to your name if possible.

I think it's really simple.  You should be posting on the platform that your target audience spends most of their time on. Then reverse engineer how they consume content on that platform and create a strategy for that platform.
