Episode Transcript

Kit Miller is director emerita of the M. K. Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence, serving in that role 2009–2021. The work and reach of the Institute expanded greatly under her stewardship. Prior to the Institute, she worked as director/celebrator of Bay Area Nonviolent Communication in Oakland, California. Currently, Kit serves as a facilitator and educator for a variety of organizations, mainly in education, healthcare, and NGOs. Much of that time is dedicated to conflict work within teams.
