She shares that there is a lot of practice exercises and that you can build them as a skillset. She says that empathy uses the frontal lobe and the lymphatic system.
How can we describe empathy - one component is the ABILITY TO EXPERIENCE what somewhat can else feel and have the ability to differentiate our emotions from someone else’s. You also have to be present for them to take their perspective connect emotionally without judging.
Empathy makes you more perceptive to help people.
One exercise is to practice mirroring = a connection to our ability to interpret emotions and using our emotions to connect to others.
