Daniel Hibbert is a dynamic executive with deep experience in business transformation, organizational design, change management, people experience and process improvement. He leverages a unique combination of Engineering, Operations, Financial Services and HR experience to solve complex business problems with an analytical mind and fluency in people, process, and technology practices.

He specializes in translating strategy into execution with a strong proficiency in cultivating high-performing teams, designing frictionless employee experiences, managing global transformation programs, and driving commercial results. He is recognized as a versatile, innovative leader who is highly-skilled at communicating to stakeholders at all levels, influencing change, and developing talent.

He has a background in Finance and Operations as the Global Head of People Experience & Organizational Design for Goldman Sachs, but art is his true life passion, a way to break away from the boundaries and limitations of everyday life.  He has only recently forged a promising art career but has already participated in live shows in New York and has work in private collections in Hong Kong, China, and Chicago, IL, Washington D.C Nashville,TN and New Jersey.
