We begin our episode with an imagery activity. The imagery activity helps bring understanding of what happens when we share compassion through acts of kindness. Find out how you can change the world around you. It may not be easy. You may not even want to get involved. Bringing positivity in a dark place requires training and practice. With practice, our compassion muscle strengthens so much that we are willing and confident to share the positive light that is within us with others outside of our family-social bubble.
