Josh and Aaron talk fitness, movement, pain and generally just chat shit. Aaron has been doing CrossFit since 2010 and in that time has become a coach and movement specialist. Josh has been doing CrossFit since 2017 and has since seen huge improvements in strength and conditioning as well as starting to join the scene on the competition floor.
