Completely flabbergasted by the wardrobe choice for the little boy modeling H&M’s “Coolest Monkey in the Jungle” hoodie. Why do we continue to patronize culturally insensitive and socially irresponsible businesses when there are so many great alternatives? I highlight a few but encourage you to share more. I’m still phenomenal outside of the kitchen. Why do we undermine a persons femininity/masculinity for not fulfilling their traditional gender roles?

An epiphany I had today that I felt like sharing. There is no need to seek anyone’s approval. When you’re being your authentic self, you’ll attract who is meant to be in your life. It took me a long time to reach that understanding but it’s extremely liberating to release the need to agree with, go along with, and otherwise engage in what no longer serves you.
