After a year away Complicated Simplicity has returned. Times haves changed, life has evolved, hosts are different but the goal is the same.  The trio of Chris, Tonie, and Tyana provided insight on how they are handling the pandemic and how to cope with stress and anxiety. Betrayal is the breaking or violation of a presumptive contract, trust, or confidence that produces moral and psychological conflict within a relationship amongst individuals, between organizations or between individuals and organizations. This week we discuss something that we all have been through or will go through in life and that's betrayal. It's unfortunate but it's also inevitable. Instead of avoiding it we tackle it head by disclosing some examples of us being the betrayer and also being the betrayed and how we dealt with each scenario. -Nobody seems to think the New Zealand attack is that big of a deal...well we do! Just because something happens in another country doesn't mean it can't hit close to home. Without being overly political we discuss some of the ways this act of terrorism is swept under the rug or deemed "isolated"- Jess Hilarious made the mistake of thinking xenophobia had humor to it and it backfired.  Was she wrong? Yes. Is she alone?
