Kat Harris is the host of The Refined Collective Podcast, author of Sexless in the City, and Founder of the online publication The Refined Woman. Today, Josh is the creative director of Seek Well (seekwell.org), a ministry that helps men and women follow Jesus in an increasingly busy world by creating experiences to help them slow down, learn to listen to His voice, and seek Him well. Josh lives in Metro Detroit with his wife Rachel and their three kids and believes deeply in the adventure that Jesus invites all of us into. Josh walks beside men in the trenches of life. He wants you to know that the life that Jesus offers ("life to the full") is possible for anyone who is willing to learn to move at the rhythms and pace of Jesus.
