  • Inflection Points

Logan reached an inflection point in his life. What was it?

On his way to achieving a million dollar in a year, Logan has been dealing with anxiety, with piled up stress closing in on him in all directions. This week, he realized that knowing himself, being vulnerable and facing the anxiety head on is the best way to deal with it.

When you are being too strict on yourself you tend to stress on those little aspects of life. The anxiety is difficult to spot at the moment and can pile up and drive you in a corner.

In this episode, Logan talks about using Tony Robbins' triad as a model on dealing with piled up stress. To move from one state to a better state, you have to change 1 of 3 things: your focus, your language, and your physiology.

But before you can do that, you have to be vulnerable enough to accept your inner thoughts and anxiety. Be honest with yourself and face your anxiety head on. Only then will you have the ability to address the stress.

Tune in to this week's episode and learn the importance of being honest with your, and being vulnerable enough to tell the people important to you. With the help of those important to you, even the hardest of adversities can be overcome.

    Let’s elevate, let’s overcome, let’s compress.

  • February Re-Cap, March Planning

How has the 1st quarter been for Logan Freeman?

From having a 7M dollar week to contracting Covid-19. Logan recaps how the 1st quarter has been for him, how he handled it, and his takeaways from it.

Whether or not you are having a good or a bad week/day, always try to find aspects of your life that you can polish to become better. Build robust systems so that when you face friction in life, however big it is, you have something to go back to.

Having robust systems is very important in becoming the person you want to be.

    To do that, you:

    1) Start on yourself first. Polish yourself. Get yourself right and you will attract the right people. Be authentic, you attract good people when you have nothing to hide.

    2) Focus on the environment, if your environment is not congruent to the goal you want to achieve, then there will be friction everyday. Take action, and change the environment. Just as crops can't grow on infertile soil, good habits can't be developed in a bad environment.

    3) Build good relationships, personal and work related. Even if you find a good environment to grow in, if the people in it are not good for you, then your growth will be hindered. In the same way that you de-weed your garden to make sure the growth of your plants are not hindered, you have to weed out the people who are not congruent to your goal to make it easier for you to grow into the version of you that you want to be.

Tune in to this week's episode and learn how Logan is building robust  systems and improving on them everyday. Live vicariously through Logan and learn how to build robust systems in your life.

    Let’s elevate, let’s overcome, let’s compress.

  • Finish Strong Friday - The Goal of a Goal

    What are Goals?

A goal is only but a guide to where you are trying to go. But to go where you want to go you have to become the person that is able to go there.

Just like how water takes the form of its container, you should be fluid enough to shape yourself to be congruent to the goal you want to achieve, the person you want to be.

Create the container, the identity of who you want to be or who you have to be to achieve the goal you've set. Then be like water and shape yourself to fill the container, a habit at a time.

Tune in to this short episode and listen to Logan talk about how to be able to shape yourself into the best version of yourself.

If you want to learn more about shaping and polishing yourself, tune in to this week's episode, “Sandpaper Is Rough”, where Logan talks about the importance of "Sandpaper" or friction in your life. Why you should look for it in all aspects of your life and how you can use it to polish yourself.

  • Sandpaper is Rough

Logan has received the results from his Covid-19 test after 2 weeks of quarantine, and his result is...

    NEGATIVE!

He might have recovered and tested negative now, but contracting Covid-19 had a HUGE IMPACT on his plans. These 2 weeks were anything but structured.

Have a goal, a purpose and a strategy, but be fluid in attaining them. Unforeseen situations happen all the time, you have to be able to adapt whenever needed. Don't focus on the details of the plan, the important thing is to reach the ultimate goal. Throughout the course of attaining our goals, the path will rarely be linear, but instead will require multiple course adjustments, pit stops and rerouting along the way.

Logan realized that friction is needed for one to truly polish themselves. When polishing furniture you don't start with a fine grit of sandpaper, you start with the larger grits, then you go finer and finer until you reach that mirror shine. Similarly, when polishing yourself, you will face friction and it will be uncomfortable. But as you keep on polishing yourself despite the friction that you face, you’ll ultimately have to embrace the friction to become a seasoned and polished individual. Additionally, polishing yourself is not a destination but an ongoing practice that one should embrace.

Tune in and listen to Logan touch on:

    1) How he focused on the silver lining, and found the opportunity to have the time to force himself to execute what he was planning to achieve for months. Focusing on the $10,000 tasks and letting other people do the $1,000 tasks.

    2)  "Being in the Cave", what it is and how it helps you find enlightenment and evolvement

    3) Friction in relationships and how to handle them

    4) Best ways to add good habits/subtracting bad ones

  • Finish Strong Friday - How To Deal With Unexpected Scenarios

When faced with unexpected scenarios, you have 2 choices...

    Either you:

    1) Focus on the negative and dig yourself a hole of pessimism.

    2) Find the silver lining of the situation, pick yourself up, and move forward.

To Get What You Choose, Choose What You Get.

In this short clip, Logan talks about how he shifted his thinking when hearing the news that he contracted Covid-19. Instead of thinking of it as a negative, he chose to look at the silver lining, focused on that, and moved forward.

Tune in to this week's full episode to learn in more detail on how Logan shifted his mindset and thrived in spite of a huge adversity that is contracting Covid-19.

  • The one where I got COVID19

    Logan got COVID-19!?

All of his plans for at least the next couple weeks have been TURNED UPSIDE DOWN. But despite that, he has found enlightenment and is actually THRIVING!

Earlier this week, Logan got the call confirming that he has contracted COVID-19. If you remember in last week's episode, one of the failures Logan listed was him being weirdly tired in the beginning of that week. He then started getting flu-like symptoms and decided to get tested for COVID-19. Thankfully though, his wife and kids did not have it.

While COVID impacted Logan, it hardly impacted his business because Logan has systems and a team in place which allowed his ventures to continuously operate without him -- allowing him to focus on his recovery.

In life unexpected things will happen just as we’ve seen with the virus, while some external factors are out of our control it is important to put systems in place which are completely in our control to have the ability to weather the storm when the unexpected happens. The foundation must be laid before the storm comes.

Tune into this week's episode and learn what systems Logan has in place and is still building on to allow himself to do more in less of HIS time. Dissecting $1,000 tasks from $10,000 ones. Let’s elevate, let’s overcome, let’s compress.

"I think, therefore I am" -- We are who we believe to be.

If you become who you want to be fundamentally, then eventually you will develop habits that nurture that kind of person.

  • 19.3 Million

    19.3 Million

Logan is currently on the $19.3 million mark of his $100 Million year goal. From $12.3M to $19.3M, that’s a $7 MILLION asset value increase in a WEEK!! How does he do it !?!

This week's huge growth was the result of Logan and his team's constant massive strategic throughout LAST YEAR. A reminder that the successes that we often reap in the present are often cultivated from the foundation that was built in the past. People don't usually close deals in January and February because they do very little as they approach the end of the year. But Logan and his team didn't take their foot off the gas and reaped the fruits of their labor this week — $7 MILLION worth.

Logan talks about the importance of trading expectation for appreciation, of having robust support systems and of being consistent everyday. Gratitude with yourself, to the people around you and to the blessings you have received — this is one of the best ways to look at the bigger picture while overcoming stress. Let’s compress, let’s elevate.
