Marek Matuszewski is responsible for the commercial success of the Roboverse Reply company. Being a leader and mentor, he provides strategy and vision for the teams of robotic and extended reality experts. He is responsible for the P&L of the company and his current focus is business development. Marek has built relationships with vendors like Boston Dynamics (since the first-day Reply joined the Early Adopters Program). 

Previously at Reply, Marek, as a Business Unit Manager developed teams that built a bunch of Artificial Intelligence solutions for different industries among others for Automotive OEMs, Energy, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Retail, and Media. He is the author of the Roboverse Platform concept.

His charismatic entrepreneurial leadership combines the energetic and inspiring attitude to the team with the innovative, goal-oriented, strong, and structured customer focus. 

Due to his Informatics background, he is passionate about building own automation solutions using Power Automate, Cognitive Services, Power BI and IoT Devices.

He is the owner of the Limcore Platform (https://www.limcore.com/) which includes: Blog, YouTube Channel, and Podcast. He set up a Microsoft AI User Group in Germany with over 1000 members. He was a session speaker on international events like Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Build, Microsoft Inspire, SQL Saturday, PASS Business Analytics Virtual Group, CEBIT, Finanz Infromatik, DigitalX, Hannover Messe.

He was honored several times for his dev community work with the Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) award in the Microsoft Data Platform category (there are less than 20 professionals in Germany in this Category).

He lives in Germany with his wife and their 2 daughters.
