This exercise is an alterne nostril breathing technique based on a circle of inbreath and outbreath through one nostril while you close with your finger the opposite nostril. It is very useful for connecting your both hemispheres of the brain, to concentrate and enjoy mental tranquility! Please be careful if you have a stuck nostril and reduce pressure.
