Vanaf augustus 2014 zendt De Concertzender elke maand een aflevering uit een nieuwe serie van programma’s uit waarin de huidige generatie Nederlandse componisten in kaart zal worden gebracht. Wie beïnvloedt wie? Wat zijn belangrijke muzikale inspiratiebronnen? En wat zijn hun drijfveren? De muziek uit deze zesde aflevering is samengesteld door de van oorsprong Sloveense componiste en jazz-pianiste Kaja Draksler. Elke maand zenden wij recente werken van hen uit, maar vragen wij hen ook naar één sleutelwerk dat hen dierbaar is of dat een belangrijke rol in hun ontwikkeling heeft betekend. Tenslotte vragen wij hen om voor het volgende programma in deze serie alvast een werk van een collega te laten horen. Op deze manier ontstaat er als vanzelf een canon van de nieuwste Nederlandse muziek.
