Because Saul threatened to kill David, he was forced to flee and hide. In this message, we’ll discuss David's time as a fugitive seeking refuge in the wilderness. What lessons can we learn about trust, perseverance, and reliance on God's provision?

Saul was the tallest and most handsome among his people. The people elected him the first king of Israel. However, disobedience to God’s commands caused his eventual downfall. Obedience to God requires humility and faith. Let’s look at Saul’s actions and the importance of our obedience to God.
