I completed Rosetta Stone Spanish (Latin America) in 2014, but geography, along with other circumstances, mean that my exposure to Spanish is limited, and I'm far from fluent. Nevertheless, it was a great course, I learned a lot, it wouldn't take long to get up to speed, and at the very least it's not indecipherable. That brings me to Episode 71 where Dr. Alejandra Merriman and Oscar Lopez Huerta, LAT, ATC will talk about concussion and how the essential communication between the injured person and the Athletic Trainer. Communication is of the utmost importance; whether it's Spanish to English or English to Spanish, each party must fully understand the other. Check out them our on Facebook, Latinx Athletic Trainers, Twitter @LatinxATs and Instagram @latinxats !
