This week it's the witty and sometimes raunchy, Stephanie W.  Stephanie is an incredible Mother and all around great person/friend.  She shares with us how after 4 months of sobriety, her 17 year old son opened up to her, expressing how proud he was of her.  Watching her sister pass at an early age was the wake up call she needed to make a change.  Her story is filled with humor and proof that recovery can truly heal an entire family.

Rae S. is a trained, experienced, and super knowledgeable "aspiring yogi".  She shares with us a truly sad story about her friend's choices in active addiction that led to a death and life long jail sentence.  Our thoughts and loving kindness go out the families affected.  Rae also shares her love and wisdom about how Yoga can help people in recovery.  Be sure to listen all the way through, as she does a 5 minute Yoga practice at the end, that is guaranteed to relax you!

Matthew and I met when we were young and now we are old.  We have gotten to share our lives with one another, and be there for each other through the good and the bad.  I consider that truly a gift.
