Just like in sports conditioning, that cadence is common and normal.  The key is accepting the quick bursts and not worrying about the slower periods.

You can "just get something on paper" and evolve from there.  The downside is the price will likely so down (not up) and the time/money spend on your advisory team will go WAY up.
