The success or failure of any organization rests in the hands of its leaders.  Now, imagine such immense responsibility while navigating the regular twists and turns of the leadership journey AND being affected by systemic discrimination, racism, and feeling like you're under a microscope. Sounds like a lot, right? Being a leader can be extremely rewarding however organizations should not ignore the unique challenges associated with leading while Black. To discuss these challenges and what organizations can do to mitigate them, host Dr. A is joined in Conference Room C by founder of CPT Consulting and serial entrepreneur Christopher Talley, finance professional and experienced leader Alethia O’Hara-Stephenson, and certified career coach and best-selling author Alex D.
