It is my hope that sharing this personal information regarding my mental health, will allow others to seek out help when dealing with a crisis. We hear more and more about the seriousness of taking care of our mental wellbeing. This is a episode of becoming transparent of my personal crisis and my mission to keep my mental wellbeing in check and directing others to do the same.
