Its the holiday season and for some this time of year can be challenging. Being around your family can bring feelings of anxiety and frustration, and if anyone understands that, it's me. I have spent years working through my issues with my family and I have 5 tips that will help you maintain

your peace during this holiday season. 

I have been watching Girlfriends and what your girl realized is that this chicks were low key toxic, but I too have been a toxic friend. Today I talk about the toxic pitfalls I have made in my friendships and how you can avoid them. 

You read that right! Your girl was fired and then moved to the DC area jobless. Talk about moving in faith. This story is a powerful one and the lessons I learned were priceless. In my T.D. Jakes voice "do it scared, do it with tears in your eyes." If you know God is telling you to move...MOVE! 

Covid has given me a new appreciation for my parents and the fact that they are whole people with who lived for 30 years before me and I want to know what they were doing lol.
