Happy (belated) Indo-pendence Day from Teh Talks! In this episode, our hosts Ihsan and Laiqa are joined by a friend of the show, Kautsar Rahmat! They discuss some of their experiences as Third Culture Kids - Indonesians who were born and/or raised in America - with the added layer of being Muslim. They'll talk about using and losing Indonesian language, "proving" themselves in both Muslim and Asian American spaces, and will share their advice on how they maintain connected to Indonesia despite the distance.
