I think I jump from body hair, to race, to gender, to kids :S It's a mess, so I hope some of it is easy to follow along with lol.

Confessions of a Depressed Optimist, episode 4: I need to quit smoking, quit my job, and the number eleven has been following me around everywhere! You might think I'm crazy, I think I'm having a spiritual awakening. 

The never ending internal struggle of hating yourself because you need rest, but you need rest, so you actually won't stop hating yourself until you grant yourself the rest.
