On our last episode, we promised we would do an episode all about ball etiquette and here we are! With the Marine Corps Ball season quickly approaching Jenna is seeing more and more spouses looking for advice and guidance when it comes to the ball. Jenna and Candace wanted to put a general guideline out there regarding what will get people talking at the ball and not in a good way, you won't want to miss this!

Last episode Jenna shared her experiences on recruiting duty and gave the best advice she could on surviving such a hard duty assignment and today Candace is sharing their experiences of drill instructor life. Jenna and her husband were on recruiting duty for 3 years in St. Louis, MO and she has a lot to say about it and probably not in the context you would think. This week they are talking about the grieving process. They are talking about things they have learned while grieving, things they have observed others do to help grieve and giving helpful pieces of advice for anyone that is experiencing grief.

For the entire month of May, Jenna and Candace are promoting Mental Health May. They are each taking their turns to talk about their mental health struggles with you and what they have found to be effective in coping with those struggles. Candace is sharing her story this week. She's talking about the loss of her twins and her mom and how she coped with those losses and how it has affected her. She is also sharing very valuable information for those who have a loved one dealing with a loss or trauma.

For the entire month of May, Jenna and Candace are promoting Mental Health May. They are each taking their turns to talk about their mental health struggles with you and what they have found to be effective in coping with those struggles. Jenna is sharing her story first with PMDD. She's talking about what PMDD is, how there isn't much help from traditional doctors out there and what she has found to be effective and helpful (and also not so helpful) in managing her PMDD.

On this episode, Jenna and Candace are talking all about marriage enrichment. The thought was prompted questioning what is marriage enrichment and what does it mean to you after seeing a post about a CREDO event. They stumble their way through about what CREDO actually stands for but provide some very informational points about enriching your marriage. They discuss things from date nights to full on trips and everything in between.

You may be wondering what exactly that means and how it can be a whole sentence but Jenna and Candace break it down.
