Welcome to my post crash‑out TED Talk 😂. Today we’re unpacking gaslighting, boundaries, manipulation, protecting your energy, emotional intelligence, forgiveness, and all the little delusions that make relationships… interesting.

It was a short stint, but whew… it’s hard not to crash‑out when people have you messed up. And since I’m already in my bag, I’m also sharing some of my favorite episodes from Seasons 1 and 2 the ones that still hit, still teach, classics ✨

And you already know… once I start rambling, that’s when the episode gets good 😂.

The truth is, the clarity after the crash‑out is what makes it worth it. Every slip, every spiral, every “girl, why did I do that?” becomes a teacher. Let your crash‑out be a lesson not a lifestyle. We’re doing things once and learning from them. Listening to our intuition the first time. Trusting ourselves because nobody knows us better than we do.

When people show you who they are, believe them. Discernment is your friend. Experience will always be the best teacher… and baby, class is in session.
