Clare Grayโs journey into energy healing began, like many others, through her own personal struggle with health. When conventional medicine failed to provide the answers she so desperately soughtโand despite the insistence of trained professionals that nothing more could be doneโClare felt a deep, intuitive knowing that there was a solution out there.
Although she never considered herself traditionally psychic, Clare experienced a strong connection to something beyond the physical world from a young age. She always sensed she was here for a reason, even if the exact purpose eluded her. That inner awareness marked the starting point of her healing path.
Clareโs health challenges began early in life. A traumatic birth led to an asthma diagnosis at just two years old. From that moment forward, chronic illness became a persistent part of her life. By the age of 27, she was experiencing frequent bouts of bronchitis and pneumonia, and a doctor bluntly informed her that her lungs were likely permanently damagedโimplying she would have to accept a life dependent on antibiotics and marred by breathing difficulties.
But Clare refused to accept that fate. She held a firm belief that everything could be healedโshe just needed to find the right modality that resonated with her.
That turning point came when she was introduced to New Method Kinesiology. Her very first session proved life-changing. The healer, who would later become her teacher, used muscle testing to tap into Clareโs subconscious and uncover hidden memories. What emerged were long-buried experiences of childhood bullyingโexperiences Clare had come to see as โnormal,โ yet they held the root of her physical ailments.
Healing, however, isnโt always immediate. In Clareโs case, it took time for those traumas to fully surface and release. A few days after her session, a seemingly innocuous comment from her mother triggered a powerful emotional response. In that moment of overwhelming rage, Clare realized how deeply her childhood wounds had affected her health.
When the emotional storm passed, she awoke with an extraordinary sense of peace. She knew in her heart that the trauma had liftedโand that this was her breakthrough. It was the moment her path became clear. Clare went on to train as a certified Applied Kinesiologist and later earned certifications in The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code. She also became a PSYCH-Kยฎ Preferred Facilitator. For the first time, she felt aligned with her mission and purpose.
Several years later, Clare and her husband took a bold leap of faith, leaving the corporate world behind to embrace a life of deeper meaning. Inspired by the teachings of Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Andrrea Hess, Eckhart Tolle, and Dr. Bradley Nelson, Clare discovered a new path rooted in authenticity, compassion, and a heartfelt dedication to guiding others on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
