In this episode I am diving deep into the topic of confidence. Why? Because let's face it – confidence is something we all strive for, yet it's not always easy to come by. I haven't always had the level of confidence I have today. In fact, there were times when I doubted myself, felt insecure, and struggled to love and accept who I truly was. Facing fears, pushing my boundaries, stepping out of my comfort zone, and learning from my mistakes were all HUGE factors in gaining the confidence I have today.
There are many things we need to consider when we want to become the most confident version of ourselves. We'll talk about self-acceptance and self-love, taking care of yourself both physically and mentally, setting and crushing personal goals – because achieving what we set out to accomplish can do wonders. I will touch on the importance of supportive relationships, and how investing in a coach or therapist can be a real game changer in your journey. Building confidence is a journey – one that requires work on all these different aspects. But I promise you, it's worth it.
