In today's episode, I discuss the story in the Book of Mormon about the tree of life and how the fruit of the tree represents the love of God. The scriptures describe it as the "most desirable above all things" and the "most joyous to the soul." I discuss how knowing these things and truly internalizing them brings true confidence. Having confidence helps us show up as our best selves and helps us create the life we want. We can work to let go of fear and instead trust in the Love of God and that will change everything.
