“Embrace the glorious mess that you are.” Elizabeth Gilbert

Let me start with this: do not question the genius of a woman who went to Italy for the sole purpose of eating. (Can we all just admit that “Eat” was the best section of Eat, Pray, Love?)

In today’s episode, I want us all to embrace our glorious, carb-loving, messiness by remembering a simple task: to love ourselves.

Easier said than done, right?

As a certified member of the I Can Be My Own Worst Critic Club, I know from experience how to be hard on myself. But as I’ve mentored and coached hundreds of women, and as I’ve worked to grow in myself and my business, I’ve learned this simple lesson: confidence and happiness start with loving ourselves.
