As 2024 comes to a close, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting, and I wanted to share some of those reflections with you. For me this year was about filtering—filtering through the noise, the expectations, and even my own doubts to figure out what truly mattered.
It was also a year where I felt a deeper calling to expand the conversation on confidence, to talk more about the intersections that shape our lives, and to start building community in a way that feels intentional and supportive.
So today, I’m sharing lessons from this year, celebrating wins, and casting a vision for 2025 that I hope inspires you to do the same. Let’s get into it.

I had a conversation with a friend about all of the changes that we're experiencing being in perimenopause. I shared that I'm dealing with some skin issues and it was frustrating me.
