After their losing streak stretches to seven games, the Minnesota Twins pull out a series victory on the road over the Washington Nationals by taking the second and third games in D.C. David will at least acknowledge the first game, while Dan has opted to operate as if that was just an extension of the previous series in Cleveland. They discuss the excellent all-around play of Carlos Correa in the series, the questionable choices of third base coach Tommy Watkins, and the opposite field power of Byron Buxton, who appears to be turning things around. They recognize manager Rocco Baldelli's 400th career victory and proceed to criticize his bullpen management, and Dan wonders when we might see a now healthy Brooks Lee make his Major League debut.
