For five weeks we’ll consider the skills needed for lasting relationships. As we look at romantic relationships, work relationships, parents and kids, marriage, and lasting friendships, we will discover that each of these skills is essential. The skills all come from scripture, but we’ll draw upon a bit of humor, the information from best-selling books on relationships from experts, and recent data. We will learn what’s working and what’s not working for people in today’s world. We will look at the top reasons for divorce. We have great data on what people want in relationships, and what they don’t like. We will discover what we need for our families and friendships to thrive. We hope by the time we’re done with this series, we’ll all be equipped with tools that help us have better and more lasting relationships.
