Black Wall Street: The Spirit of Community uncovers the beauty and rich history of the Black-owned businesses and residential hub located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is 1921 and a time of racial segregation in America and one significant encounter causes a spark to become a flame. This book tells how a community rebounded from a tragic event, and restored the legacy of entrepreneurship, success and the importance of community.
