Conformed to Christ

On today's Text-Driven Tuesday, we are finishing the book of Malachi with 4:4-6. These are not only the last words of Malachi but the last words of the Old Testament. Given that these are the last words for 400 years, we should pay special attention. So, listen in and hear the final two exhortations of Malachi and the Old Testament.

Are you a 'Debbie Downer'? Someone for whom the glass is always half-empty? As Christians, we are called to a living hope. But how do we accomplish this, and what does it look like? This is Text-Driven Tuesday, and these are the questions Jay and George will try to answer from Malachi 3:13-4:3. Tune in and be blessed.

Conformed to Christ aims to engage the mind, affect the heart, and call people to follow Christ. Additionally, our aim is to introduce and explain passages of Scripture and difficult theological doctrines in a down-to-earth and easy-to-grasp manner. Theology and the Bible should impact your life, and our goal is that we might play a small part in seeing that happen. Are Christians commanded to tithe? That's the question Jay and George will attempt to answer on today's Text-Driven Tuesday. But more than just answering that question, the guys will show how they arrive at the answer, so they'll be talking hermeneutics as well.

God does not change. But what does that mean? That's the discussion Jay and George are having on today's Text-Driven Tuesday. Join the guys as they look at Malachi 3:6 and what the doctrine of Divine Immutability means for how you believe and live.

Today, on Text-Driven Tuesday, we are back in Malachi. In Malachi 2:17-3:5, the guys are talking about injustice and God's apparent delay in judging evil. If you've ever had questions as to why God doesn't immediately judge all wickedness, maybe this episode will be an encouragement.

Today the guys wrap up Romans Ch. 1. The text escalates into an avalanche of human depravity that is unleashed upon the world. When people exchange the Glory of God the fabric of human society comes undone at the seams. All men and women stand condemned at the end of Ch. 1 and are in desperate need of divine rescue through Christ.
