Yo! I'm doing something new today posting a solo podcast, I'm not the best talking alone but I'm hoping to get better at it as time goes by. This is the first episode of a new series called Confound Depressed but Downright Hopeful and kinda will act as a life update and a therapy session for myself. Hope it's not too depressing.
