With festive seasons upon us, its easy to assume that this is the happiest time of the year. From an aerial veiw people are running around insuring that they have best Christmas but upon further inspection you realise people are under so much pressure and self inflicted anxiety that has been fuelled my our current consumer driven society.

This has exploited us and set the stage were people feel they need to please others in order to be valued and accepted by there family and friends. The festive season has become a showcase of who got the best gift, price tag and comparison.
