*Dr. Norward Brooks, a distinguished leader in Washington state has released a new book "A Man of Many Firsts:Memoirs of Norward J. Brooks, PhD. details his trailblazing career in public service, his work in helping to uplift the state's Black community. The Book signing will be 1:00-3:00 pm at the Martin Luther King Jr. First AME Community Center at 3201 East Republican Street.
