As we come to the close of John Chapter 1, we pause to take another look at what this Gospel says about Jesus. His first disciples spent just a few moments with Him before becoming convinced of His identity. 

Jesus didn't begin His ministry debating leaders in the temple. He started by inviting future leaders to "come and see" what He was all about. No matter who you are or how skeptical you might be, He's inviting you to do the same thing. Come and See.

John 1:43 says that Jesus "found Philip" and said, "Come, follow me."  We're going to take a look at what this very familiar statement means for all of us. Is it a command? Is it an invitation? What are you going to do when Jesus tells you, "Come, follow Me?"

The first words of Jesus recorded in the Gospel of John ask a very deep question that He's still asking followers today. How we respond reveals more than we probably realize.
