In the final episode of this series we look at the life of Elijah and how he went from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. Elijah was discouraged and depressed, but God refreshed him and put him back on the right path. He can also do the same for you.

In this episode we learn not quit when it looks like the battle is lost. David was faced with a discouraging situation when he and his men could have quit and turned on each other, but David found strength for the 'second half'.

In this second message in a series we look at the life of Simon Peter. We will see his initial encounter with Jesus where Jesus changes his name from Simon to Peter. 'Simon' speaks of his old nature, characterized by his faults and failures while 'Peter' refers to who God had called him to be. If we're going to fulfill the plan of God for our lives, we must focus on who God says that we are, instead of seeing ourselves according to our human flesh.

In this new message series we will look at how God can take our setbacks, failures and defeats and use them to help us make great comebacks. In this episode, we look at how Jesus took the empty fishing nets of His disciples and turned them into nets that couldn't hold the abundance of fish that He provided for them. We will learn how to turn our empty nets into breaking nets.

In the final message of this series we look at what it means to live in the reality of the kingdom now. Jesus told his disciples that they would be empowered by the Spirit to be his witnesses. We are called to be witnesses in our world.

In this Easter episode of the Connect Church podcast, we look at the statement made by the angel at Jesus' tomb, 'He is not here, he is risen as he said.' We look at how we can know that Jesus was raised from the dead by the evidence presented. We also see how the greatest evidence is a changed life.

In the second episode of this series, we look at Jesus' statement from the cross where he said, 'it is finished'. We talk about how Jesus finished the work of salvation and how we can add nothing to what Jesus has done for us. We then talk about how to live out of the finished work of Jesus.
