Dubois City Treasurer, Lisa Labrasca Becker, today, announced her candidacy for the Republican nomination for State Representative in the 75th District.

The seat is currently held by Representative Matt Gabler, who recently announced he would not be seeking reelection.

Becker is the founder and President of The Quarry Gymnastics Center since 1983 and the founder and owner of Piper Real Estate Management, LLC.

She currently holds the position of Treasurer for the City of DuBois and was elected as the City Controller for two terms prior to her current office.

A DuBois man, Michael Clement, intends to run for the 75th District State House of Representatives. The office is currently held by Rep. Matt Gabler, who has recently announced that he will not be running for re-election.
