Abby Freemer is participating in Penn State DuBois’ THON Hair Auction and plans to cut up to 6 inches off of her hair at $300 per inch.

If you aren’t sure what THON is, it’s Penn State’s student-run philanthropic organization that raises money for the Four Diamonds fund for pediatric cancer research. The Hair Auction will take place on Wednesday, February 8th at Penn State DuBois as part of the dancer send-off spaghetti dinner. Dancers will dance a week and a half later (no sitting, no standing) for 46 hours.
