Where do you find encouragement? As a leader, you need to make sure that you don’t vent or dump on the people around you, but it is ok to look around at the people you are close to in order to help build you back up.

It’s really important to be aware of who you are in proximity with. We teach our kids that who they choose to be around will influence you. Take your own advice! Remember, it’s a choice. Choose to be around people that are going to build you up and encourage you.
