In this crown chakra meditation, you will be guided through deep breathing, affirmations, and chanting followed by a silent meditation to connect with the most authentic and intuitive version of yourself. Before starting, take a few deep breaths and observe the space around you to create a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can begin the meditation. If you feel any discomfort, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.

After completing the meditation, take some time to reflect on what came up for you. Make a note of the sensations in your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. What did you see? How can you connect with this version of your everyday? What would it look like if you connected with this version of yourself daily? How would your life change for the positive?

Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that whatever arises during the meditation is there for a reason.
