Christmas is about a virgin, a baby, a manger, angels, shepherds, wisemen and gifts. But the meaning of that story is grander than we can understand. God himself, in the person of the Son, became one of us, has died for our sins and risen again; and we can identify with him and share in his very own life forever. We’re going to look at the meaning of Christmas, not from the traditional texts, but through the 1st chapter of the Gospel of John in the new message series, “The Great Exchange.”
