Strong Euro, Weak Euro: two cultures,one currency. A(n) (im)possible coexistence?

Is it possible for two different cultures to share the same currency? How? And what would advise it? In this episode, Professor Vitor Bento, an economist at the Bank of Portugal and author of the book "Euro Forte, Euro Fraco", talked to us about inflation throughout time, from a cultural, historical and political perspective. Portuguese National Railway Plan - Frederico Francisco

Last November, the Portuguese Government released the new National Plan for the Railways (Plano Ferroviário Nacional). NEC interviewed the Secretary of State for the Infrastructures, Frederico Francisco, in order to get to know a bit more about it. We talked about the environmental sustainability of the Plan, and about its impact on the Atlantic coast of Portugal and on Portugal’s connectivity with Europe.
