In this past life regression, you will be able to explore different key moments in a past life.  The hypnotic state is simply a relaxed state of the mind.  The alpha state, or a relaxed, calm state where you’re not thinking too much, is all that is needed for hypnosis to occur.  Therefore, guided meditations or guided imagery (as the experts refer to it) is all that is needed for you to achieve the same results as you would from past life hypnosis!

In this guided meditation, you will be able to see your lost loved ones again.  All you have to do is relax, close your eyes, and follow the guided meditation.   I've incorporated real life ways for you to communicate with your loved ones in this guided meditation.

Why Connected?  Connected will provide content focused on a variety of metaphysical topics in an effort to help the collective consciousness as we transition from the 3D to the 5D world.  This is an exciting time, during which it is imperative that we shed our fears, preconceived notions, and any/all negativity.  Instead, we move faster on our paths' of spiritual development by maintaining an open mind, raising our individual and collective vibrations, and, possibly most importantly, living out of our hearts.
