When was the last time you felt truly connected to yourself?
Nowadays, we are always connected: to our friends and family, the news, and anything else we fancy getting connected with. Yet, I would argue that with this rapid change in the ways we connect with one another, we are actually becoming more disconnected from ourselves and from the realities of what people around us truly experience.
Sometimes, we need to disconnect in order to connect back to ourselves again.
That’s what this podcast is about: going on a journey to together to get connected as a community. The concept of “getting connected” means getting back to your core and your purpose. If I can help you get that little bit closer, then I am truly fulfilling my purpose. Together, we’ll become awakened to what’s possible, looking in the mirror, and self-reflection.
So, tune in weekly to start living a more open, vulnerable, and connected life.
