In this episode, I offer a glimpse into how I manage my energy so that my focus can be on the values that really matter to me: kindness, respecting boundaries, and seeing the humanity in others.

In this episode, I share some of the things I've learned that have helped me change myself, which in turn changes my parenting, which then helps my kids.  I offer this as an alternative to attempting to change your children's behavior as a way of making parenting easier.
