​ @Health Thyself 's Tyler Ellison is a Universal Healing Tao Instructor who helps people access their higher self through energy. He is a certified Reiki master and an Acupuncturist. He has practiced Shamanic healing from the 4 Winds institute, which he studied while in Peru — but he’s most well known as a trance channel for a being named Riok of the Sassani civilization. Tyler has been studying health, wellness, and mysticism, and metaphysics since 2013 and has been channeling since 2014.
