Grief doesn't block your connection to the people you've lost. Sometimes it's the very thing that opens you to it.

In this episode, I answer a listener question I think a lot of you are quietly carrying: is my grief — my heaviness, my "low vibe" — keeping me from connecting with my loved one on the other side? The short answer is no. But the longer answer is where the real comfort lives.

Vibration isn't a credit score. It's not some external bar you have to clear before your loved ones will show up, because they're already there — they can't not be. What grief does is ask you to be human first, and that part matters. I share why mourning the human loss sometimes needs to come first, why the loved ones we knew in body aren't quite the same souls we connect with on the other side, and how the bond can be soothed and expanded over time when we stop forcing it.

I also walk through some concrete tools — including a spirit box, a spirit journal, and a vibration dial you can make yourself — that you can use no matter where you are in the grieving process. And I share a bit more of my own story with my dad and my mom, and why connection looked so different with each of them.
